Please allow 1-2 business days from time of payment for your order to be processed. Orders are processed in the order we receive them. We strive to have your order ship sooner than this timeframe, but this is not always possible. You will receive an email notification once your order has been shipped or is ready for pick-up.
If you are local to Beaumont, Alberta or surrounding area and you prefer to pickup, choose LOCAL PICK UP at checkout. You will receive a notification once your order is complete, and all pickup details are noted in that email, including our address. Keep an eye on your emails and do not hesitate to reach out with any questions!
Standard shipping within Canada is free on orders above $175.00 CAD after any discounts and before tax and shipping. Standard shipping within the USA is free on orders above $175.00 CAD after any discounts and before tax and shipping.
Packages shipping to the United States or Internationally, may incur customs and/or duty charges. Customer is responsible for these charges.
Packages are shipped by either Fedex, Purolator, Canada Post or UPS. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS. We are not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly during checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy
We will gladly offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery on regular priced items including pre-orders. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if item is returned in its original condition.
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on custom purchases. Sale and discounted items are final sale. Mystery Bags are final sale.
