So, the day before the fashion show, I was feeling super overwhelmed with all the ups and downs of being an entrepreneur in the fashion world. I was on the verge of giving up when I decided to call my bestie for some advice. She suggested I pray and meditate for some clarity from the universe. I did just that, sitting with my thoughts for what felt like forever, and guess what? I ended up covered in goosebumps by the end!

Fast forward to the fashion event night - it was a blast! Seeing my designs strutting down the runway was a dream come true, and meeting all those incredible women left me feeling so inspired.

While I was at my Ang Hill booth showcasing my collection, a lady approached me with a surprising request. She told me she had a message from a higher power for me. Of course, I was curious, so I said, "Do tell!" Her message from the higher power was that I should continue on my path, serving women, especially moms. And that I was doing exactly what I was meant to be doing.

I was completely blown away and got all teary-eyed. We chatted more, but honestly, I can't remember much because I was still in shock! I asked for a sign, and boy, did I get one! So, in short, I'm not giving up anytime soon. I'm determined to turn this brand into something truly amazing!

And as I journey on, creating cute Canadian-made clothing and running a sustainable clothing brand for women, I'm reminded of the importance of staying true to my vision of making clothing right here in Canada and focusing on serving the amazing women that support the brand. Ultimately, this magical encounter has confirmed my passion for crafting sustainable, Canadian-made fashion for women.
