Some designs come together quickly, and others take a little more time to get just right. The Monika Tee was one of those pieces—one we worked on for months, making sure every detail felt perfect. And now, I finally get to share it with you!

This style came to be because so many of you asked for a longer-sleeved version of our best-selling bamboo t-shirts. I knew it had to be soft, breathable, and effortless to wear, but getting the fit just right took some work. At first, we added a v-neck and a pocket, thinking they’d add something special—but once we tested the prototypes, it was clear they weren’t quite right. The pocket didn’t sit well, and the v-neck didn’t suit the fabric’s natural drape. Thankfully, our product tester gave us honest feedback, so we went back and refined the design.

The final version of the Monika Tee is a timeless, easy-to-wear bamboo top with the perfect 3/4 sleeve length. The wide neckline feels open and comfortable without being too low, and the soft bamboo fabric makes it cozy to wear. It’s one of those pieces you’ll reach for over and over again.

And the best part? It’s made in Canada by our talented sewist, Alberto. We’ve created this style in a small batch, with three beautiful color options, launching February 24.
